Developed in partnership with the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) under the "AI for Overseas Business Opportunities" initiative, SAIL is an AI-powered business development agent platform integrating company intelligence analysis, lookalike customer discovery, contact search, and CRM management — helping Taiwanese enterprises expand into overseas markets more efficiently.

ShiftCareAI — AI Smart Nursing Voice Handoff System
An in-house-developed nursing voice AI solution that automatically generates standardized shift-handover records from spoken input, with voice-guided SOP support and AI conversational assistance. Built around the goal of "seamless handoffs, uninterrupted care," it reduces nurses' documentation time and improves handoff accuracy and care quality.

NurseX — Smart Nursing Cart, developed with National Taiwan Normal University
Co-developed with an NTNU research team, NurseX integrates autonomous navigation, voice nursing handoff, and voice-guided SOP features. Clinically piloted and validated at Mackay Memorial Hospital, it runs on edge AI computing and integrates with existing NIS/HIS/EMR systems via HL7 FHIR standards for low-latency, privacy-protected smart care.
